Arizona Criminal Records The Arizona Revised Statute 41-1750 provides that the Criminal History Records Section serves as the central state repository for criminal records in the state of Arizona. By the same statute, criminal justice agencies and law enforcement authorities within Arizona are required to report arrest and disposition information to the repository. The Arizona Revised Statute 41-1750 states that copies of a criminal record are restricted to authorized individuals or agencies. This further means that Arizona criminal records are not as readily available as compared to other states.
